Three product groups show the range on offer:
Coffee: specialty and commercial Arabica from Ethiopia's highland growing regions, traded under national quality standards.
Oilseeds and pulses: sesame, other oilseeds and pulses supplied to food processors and importers across several continents.
Tea and spices: a growing export category, drawing on the same highland climate that makes Ethiopian coffee distinctive.
The Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration helps international buyers find verified sellers of coffee, oilseeds, pulses, livestock and other agricultural products. The Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority regulates coffee, tea and spice exports and can direct sourcing enquiries to licensed exporters.
